Coaching

1:1 ADHD & Mindset Coaching, shaped around you.

A personalised coaching journey focused on understanding where you are now, what’s getting in the way, and building practical approaches for moving forward.

The journey

How coaching works.

There’s no rigid formula. Each journey is shaped around the person in it, but most move through three broad stages.

  1. Where you are now

We start by getting an honest picture of what’s happening: what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d like to be different.

  2. What gets in the way

We explore the patterns, pressures, habits and environments that tend to pull you off course, with curiosity rather than criticism.

  3. Ways forward

We design practical approaches to try in real life, notice what helps, and adjust together. The aim is something that fits you, not a perfect system.

Areas of focus

What we might explore

Every conversation starts with what matters to you. Common themes include:

  • Finding focus when everything feels important
  • Getting started instead of waiting for the perfect moment
  • Building consistency without relying entirely on motivation
  • Reducing overwhelm
  • Understanding your own patterns
  • Turning ideas into realistic action
  • Creating structures that fit your life rather than control it

Who it’s for

Who coaching may suit

Adults with ADHD or ADHD-like challenges, entrepreneurs, creative people, and anyone who feels stuck or has lost a sense of direction. You might:

  • have lots of ideas, but find it hard to choose where to begin
  • know what you want to do, but struggle with consistency
  • feel overwhelmed by competing priorities
  • want more clarity, and practical support without judgement

Questions

Things people often ask.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. Coaching may be helpful whether or not you have a diagnosis. Many people simply recognise ADHD-like challenges in their own lives. Coaching can’t provide a diagnosis; if you’re looking for one, your GP or a qualified clinician is the right place to start.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is practical and forward-focused: understanding how you work and trying approaches that help you move forward. It isn’t psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for them. Some people find coaching works well alongside other support.

How long is the coaching journey?

It depends on what you need. You can book a single 50-minute session, or choose 6-Week Coaching (six 50-minute sessions) or 12-Week Coaching (twelve 50-minute sessions). We can talk through which fits best in your free conversation.

How much does coaching cost?

A single session is £60. 6-Week Coaching (6 × 50-minute sessions) is £330, and 12-Week Coaching (12 × 50-minute sessions) is £600. See Ways to work together above for what’s included. The first conversation is free, with no obligation to continue.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place online, so you can join from wherever you are in the UK or Europe.

What happens in the free conversation?

It’s a relaxed 30 minutes to meet, talk about what’s happening for you, and see whether coaching feels like the right next step. You don’t need to prepare anything. Find out more.
